Next Thursday 30th June, IBERICA restaurant will host professionals from the fruit and vegetable sector to celebrate the start of the season of European Picota Cherries from the Jerte Valley.
At this exclusive event, which will start at 12pm, several prestigious speakers will present the characteristics of Jerte Valley Picota Cherries and the expectations and activities expected for the coming season. In addition, a target market perspective will be offered by Promar International Ltd.
At the same time, chef Nacho Manzano will be tasting a wide selection of Spanish canapés and tapas in which the European picota cherries will play an undisputed leading role.
