Picota cherries from the Jerte Valley, protagonist of the Picota Cherry Gastronomic Days

Once again, this year the Jerte Valley has opted for gastronomic tourism by organising a new edition of the Picota Cherry Gastronomic Days on the weekends between 26th May and 17th July in Cáceres.

On these dates, ten restaurants in the region will offer a set-price menu where the main ingredient and protagonist will be picota cherries and cherries from the Jerte Valley. This allows traditional and modern cuisine to offer different alternatives in which the picota cherries and cherries will accompany meat, fish, cocktails and desserts, among others.
