The Jerte Valley Cherry Blossom Festival

The Jerte Valley Cherry Blossom Festival, an event of National Tourist Interest designation in Spain, will take place between 17 March and 1 April this year, with opening celebrations being held in Navaconcejo (Cáceres). This popular festival is an insight into the life of an entire region, past, present and future, with all kinds of activities organised that showcase the region’s culture, gastronomy, traditions and way of life.

The main attraction for visitors, and what often blows them away, are the more than one and a half million cherry blossom trees in the Jerte Valley, which burst into bloom and offer a visual spectacle like nothing you’ve seen before.

We look forward to welcoming you!
